If the organizer shared a discount code, enter it before you pay. Free tickets do not take a promo code.
Apply a code
- Choose your tickets and continue to checkout.
- Open Promo code.
- Type the code and click Apply.
When the code is valid, checkout shows Code applied with the code you entered. The order summary lists a Discount line, and the continue button shows the reduced total (for example Continue · the new amount).

Click Remove to drop the code and return to the full price.
If the code is not accepted
- This code can’t be applied to this order — it may be expired, inactive, or already used up.
- This code doesn’t apply to this ticket — it is limited to other tiers.
- Promo codes don’t apply to free tickets.
Ask the organizer for a current code, or continue without one.
Codes in the event link
A link that ends with ?promo= and a code applies that code when you open the event. Hidden tickets the code unlocks appear in the list, with a note that the access code is applied. You still confirm the code at checkout: it is checked when the ticket is held and again when the order is placed. A hidden tier without a valid code cannot be purchased.
Sale prices with a struck-through original price do not need a code. Those are automatic discounts set by the organizer.
