Your ticket is tied to the email address you used at checkout or registration.
If you have a Wanepass account
- Sign in.
- Go to My Tickets from the menu or account tickets.
- Open your order to view the QR code and event details.

If you checked out as a guest
- Open the confirmation email and tap View ticket.
- Or use Find your tickets: enter your email and we send secure links to your orders.
On event day
Open the ticket on your phone. Brightness up, screen un cracked — staff will scan the QR code at the door.
