What to do if you didn't receive a confirmation email

Confirmation emails usually arrive within a few minutes.

Quick fixes

1. Search your inbox for Wanepass or the event name.
2. Check Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
3. Add noreply@wanepass.com to your contacts and try again.

Resend your tickets

• Signed in: open My Tickets.
• Guest checkout: use Find your tickets with your purchase email.

RSVP pending approval

If the event requires organizer approval, you receive email only after approval. Until then, your request stays in Pending status.
