Your Preferences page is personal. It is not the same as organization settings (logo, payouts, and team members).
Connected apps
Organizers and attendees can connect or unlink Zoom and Google Meet under Connected apps. Creating a meeting from an event uses this personal connection. There is no Zoom or Google Meet connect on organization settings. Details: Zoom for online events and Google Meet for online events.
Open preferences
- Sign in.
- Open Preferences from your account menu, or go to Account settings.
- Organizers: Preferences in the organizer menu opens this same page. Use Settings in that menu for the organization profile and members.

Language
Choose English or French as your account default. Saving updates the site language and stores the choice on your profile.
You can still switch language from the footer on any visit. See Using Wanepass in French.
Appearance
Choose how Wanepass looks on this device:
- System — follows your phone or computer light/dark setting
- Light
- Dark
The choice is saved to your account.
Email alerts
In-app notifications always appear when you are signed in. For each alert type, choose Email or Off:
- Feedback requests — an organizer asks you to review an event
- New registrations (organizers) — someone buys tickets or submits an RSVP request
- Feedback responses (organizers) — an attendee submits a survey
