When you are signed in, a bell appears in the header on the public site, in Account, and in the organizer dashboard.
What you'll see
| Alert | Who receives it |
|---|---|
| New registration | Organization Owner and Admin members — a confirmed ticket order, or a new RSVP request |
| Feedback request | The attendee asked to review an event |
| Feedback response | Organization Owner and Admin members when someone submits feedback |
If an RSVP later becomes a confirmed order, you do not get a second registration alert for that same guest.

Using the bell
- Click the bell to open recent alerts.
- Unread items are highlighted. Open one to mark it read and follow the link.
- Use Mark all read to clear the unread badge.
The badge refreshes while this browser tab is open.
Email copies are optional. Turn them on or off in Preferences.
