Each RSVP request moves through clear statuses.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for organizer decision |
| Approved | Spot confirmed; free tickets issued or payment link sent |
| Declined | Organizer rejected the request; guest may re-apply if allowed |
| Expired | Payment link expired (paid + approval flows) |
| Cancelled | Guest or organizer canceled before completion |

Guests can submit a new request from the event page unless the organizer blocked repeat requests.
