Use Recurring schedule mode when one event page covers many dates — for example a weekly class or festival weekend.
Set up recurring events
- When creating the event, choose Recurring.
- Add each date/time as an instance.
- Attach ticket types to all instances or selected ones only.

Managing recurring events
- Attendees and Orders can be filtered by instance.
- Email campaigns can target one date or all dates.
- Editing a ticket type may ask whether to apply changes to future instances only or all instances.
Attendees pick a specific date during checkout or RSVP.
How dates appear to guests
Listings show the date that is happening now, otherwise the next upcoming date (not always the first date you created). Events with more than one date show a Multiple dates marker. An event is marked Past only when every date has ended.
On the event page:
- Location uses the full venue address, with the venue name as a secondary line.
- The date ribbon highlights the next upcoming or ongoing session. Guests can open Multiple dates available to see every session.
- Past dates stay in the list, labeled Past, and cannot be selected for tickets. Ongoing sessions remain bookable until they end.
