Every issued ticket includes a QR code tied to that specific ticket record.
Security
- Payloads are signed so they cannot be forged or duplicated easily.
- Scanning marks the ticket checked in and prevents reuse.
- Staff should scan through the official Wanepass check-in screen, not a generic QR app.

What organizers see on scan
- Guest name and ticket type
- Valid / already checked in / invalid states
Undo check-in from the attendee list if someone was scanned by mistake.
